At least 7 years of experience in operational activities related to POS and payment products, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced reporting skills.

Job Description:
Lead the POS Operations Department and take full ownership of all related operational processes.
Manage reconciliation processes of POS transactions with banks and merchant partners.
Supervise contract/document verification, bank setup procedures, and commission rate configurations during merchant onboarding.
Ensure installation and configuration of POS terminals (e.g., Android POS, Cash Register POS), Virtual POS, and Mobile POS (CepPOS).
Play an active role in handling processes such as refunds, chargebacks, and transaction disputes.
Responsible for the inventory management of POS devices.
Design and implement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Set team performance targets, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with other relevant departments.
Prepare and deliver operational reports to senior management.
