Turkcell Platinum x Mastercard Campaign Terms and Conditions

Between 27.05.2025 - 31.07.2025, Turkcell Platinum customers who pay their invoice using a Mastercard registered in Masterpass will receive a Europe Traveller 3GB package valid abroad.

Between 27.05.2025 - 31.07.2025, Turkcell Platinum customers who pay their individual voice line invoices via turkcell.com.tr or the Turkcell app using a Mastercard-branded card registered in Masterpass or by adding a Mastercard-branded card to the Masterpass wallet will be eligible for the campaign.

The campaign is valid only for payments made via Masterpass using Mastercard-branded credit cards, debit cards, or prepaid cards registered in Masterpass.

Only individual Turkcell Platinum subscribers are eligible for this campaign.

The Europe Traveller Package includes:

• 3GB of internet
• 100 SMS
• 200 minutes (incoming and outgoing calls)

You can enjoy the benefits in eligible European countries.

To activate the gift package, you must activate it via the Gift Pool section in the Turkcell App within 1 month after being entitled to the package. You can activate the package through this link:

The validity period of the package is 1 month from the activation date via the Turkcell App. You can start using your package after receiving the activation confirmation SMS.

The gift package is valid in the following countries:
Wales, Russia, Serbia, United Kingdom, Hungary, Denmark, Greece, France, Czech Republic, Moldova, Germany, Northern Ireland, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, North Macedonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Malta, Portugal, England, Poland, Belgium, Croatia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Ukraine, Scotland, Belarus, Finland, Romania, Netherlands.

To benefit from the package, your line must be enabled for international use. Customers can call 532 Turkcell Customer Services or log in with their Turkcell password at the bottom of the turkcell.com.tr homepage under the Transaction Center. On the opened screen, click on Settings in the left menu and open the My International Settings section to enable International Usage.

The package does not renew after the expiration date.

Campaign benefits cannot be transferred to third parties.

If there is no other active package/campaign after the benefits expire, usage will be charged based on your current tariff.

The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns.

The benefit granted under this campaign cannot be used on data-only lines.

If the subscriber has call forwarding active, the benefit cannot be used by the forwarded number.

Once the package is defined, the included rights will be used with priority. After consuming them, standard charges under Your Tariff Valid Abroad will apply.

If you have canceled the Your Tariff Valid Abroad feature or are in a country not covered by this feature, you will be charged according to the Standard International Package.

Participation in the campaign is limited to 2,000 people.

Turkcell and Mastercard reserve the right to make changes to the campaign details or products during the campaign period.
