Your Free Galatasaray Scarf is at AHL Park

AHL Park Shopping Mall Galatasaray Scarf Campaign Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to receive the Galatasaray scarf reward, participants must have a verified account with AHL Pay, load a minimum of 1.00 TL into their account, and complete at least one transaction. Participants with a Basic Account must upgrade to a Verified Account in order to qualify for the reward.

To join the campaign, participants must click the “Your Free Galatasaray Scarf is at AHL Park” button found under the Campaigns section of the AHL Pay app. A code will be generated, which must be presented to the AHL Pay staff at the AHL Pay Fanzone caravan located at the entrance of AHL Park Shopping Mall in order to receive the scarf.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the AHL Pay application. AHL Pay is not liable if the participant cannot be contacted or is unable to receive the reward due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.

In accordance with the campaign rules, participants who have previously received a Galatasaray – AHL Pay scarf reward in earlier periods will not be eligible to win the same reward again, to ensure a fair process.

In the event of any dispute regarding campaign participation, AHL Pay’s records will be considered final and binding.

Evaluation and verification of participants’ compliance with the terms and conditions will be carried out solely by AHL Pay based on the participants’ declarations.

AHL Pay reserves the right to change or cancel the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for keeping themselves informed about any changes or cancellations. The unchanged provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any technical issues experienced by users, including but not limited to system malfunctions, and such issues shall not result in the user gaining any acquired rights.

The participant agrees, declares, and undertakes that, in the event of any dispute arising from this campaign, all records, books, and documents of AHL Pay shall constitute valid and conclusive evidence, waives the right to propose an oath, and acknowledges that this clause shall constitute an evidence agreement under Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this campaign and its terms.

Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
