JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and manage internal Human Resources processes,
Oversee recruitment processes, evaluate candidates, and conduct interviews,
Evaluate employee performance and create development plans,
Update and implement HR policies and procedures,
Optimize and improve recruitment and personnel processes,
Prepare HR reports and present them to management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources,
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field,
Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
Knowledgeable in payroll processes,
Strong understanding of human and labor relations,
Team-oriented and open to collaboration.
