The contest for the prize of 10 match tickets to the Galatasaray - Basaksehir Trendyol Super Lig game to be held at RAMS PARK on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 16:00 will commence on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 08:00 and end on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 08:00.

To be eligible to receive the match ticket prize ("Prize"), participants must hold a Approved Account with AHL Pay and deposit a minimum of 1.00 Tl into their AHL Pay account. Users with a Begginer Account must upgrade to a Approved Account to be eligible for the prize.

The contest will begin on May 16, 2025, with a multiple-choice question published under the campaigns section of the AHL Pay app. The contest will also be announced on AHL Pay’s Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.

Participants will enter the contest by answering the multiple-choice question through the AHL Pay app. A confirmation SMS will be sent to users whose entries are successfully submitted.

The contest is open only to AHL Pay users who are 18 years or older and hold Approved Accounts. Among those who meet all participation criteria and correctly answer the question, 10 winners will be selected to receive match tickets.

Based on AHL Pay’s records, a draw will be held on May 16, 2025, at 08:30 at Yamanevler Mah. Ahmet Tevfik İleri Cad. 4B Plaza No:26 Floor:9, Ümraniye / Istanbul. The draw will determine 10 primary and 10 substitute winners in the presence of any participants who wish to attend. Should a primary winner be unable to attend the match, the right will transfer to the next eligible substitute winner.

Ticket transfers will take place on May 29, 2025. To receive the Prize, winners must have a valid Galatasaray Passolig Card by 12:00 PM on May 29, 2025, with an e-ticket membership valid for the 2024-2025 Super Lig season. Users without a valid Passolig membership by the deadline will lose their eligibility, and the ticket will be transferred to the next substitute winner.

Primary and substitute winners will be contacted through the contact information registered in their AHL Pay accounts. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their account information. AHL Pay is not liable for any failure to contact participants or for the inability to receive the prize due to incorrect or missing contact details.

Winners will also be contacted via phone number 444 90 66.

As ticket transfers are made using the participant’s ID number (TCKN), sharing this information with AHL Pay is mandatory for prize redemption.

Only real persons are eligible to participate. Legal entities are not permitted to enter the contest.

Even if a participant enters the contest more than once, only one entry will be considered valid per participant.

Employees of AHL Pay and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.

The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash under any circumstance.

To ensure fairness, participants who have previously won a ticket in a similar contest will not be eligible to win again for the next three contests.

The list of primary and substitute winners will be published on the official website at https://www.ahlpay.com.tr/tr.

Any abuse or commercial exploitation of the contest terms is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the awarded prize may be revoked.

AHL Pay reserves the right to store, use, and share participants’ submitted identity and contact details through its official social media channels and with third parties when necessary.

By participating, all entrants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions in advance.

In the event of any dispute, AHL Pay’s records shall be deemed conclusive evidence.

Compliance with participation requirements will be monitored and assessed solely by AHL Pay, based on participant declarations.

AHL Pay reserves the right to change or cancel the contest and any of its terms unilaterally and without prior notice, even after the contest has started. Such changes will be announced via AHL Pay’s official social media channels. It is the responsibility of the user to follow these updates. These changes do not constitute any acquired right for the users.

In cases of fraud, manipulation, or other bad-faith attempts, AHL Pay reserves the right to remove users from the contest and restrict their accounts at its sole discretion.

AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any technical issues encountered during participation, and such incidents shall not grant any rights to users.

Circumstances that are unforeseeable at the time of announcing the contest, and which partially or completely prevent the fulfillment of obligations, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, mobilization, fire, explosions, uprisings, terrorism, cyberattacks, long-term power outages, court decisions restricting access to campaign-related platforms, or legal changes, shall be deemed force majeure. In such cases, AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any delay, partial or non-performance of its obligations.

In the case of force majeure, AHL Pay shall not be considered in default and shall not be liable for any compensation under any name.

In the event of a dispute arising from this contest, the participant agrees that AHL Pay’s records, documents, and logs shall be deemed valid and conclusive evidence, and waives the right to propose an oath under Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these terms and conditions.

Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of the above terms and conditions by all participants.
