The “Physical Gold Bonus Balance Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by Ahlatcı Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“AHL Pay”).

• The Campaign applies to physical gold orders placed through the AHL Pay mobile application between October 1, 2026, at 00:00 and October 31, 2026, at 23:59 (Türkiye time).
• Whether an order falls within the Campaign period is determined by the time at which payment for the order is approved in AHL Pay’s systems.
• Users who pay for their physical gold orders using their AHL Pay account balance are eligible for the Campaign.
• Purchases made using funds added to an AHL Pay account by credit card are eligible for the Campaign. Any applicable account top-up fees specified in AHL Pay’s fee schedule are payable by the user at the time of the top-up.
• Orders paid for directly by credit card are excluded from the Campaign and do not qualify for bonus balance.
• The following bonus balance amounts are awarded for each product purchased using an AHL Pay account balance: TRY 200 for gram gold products, TRY 250 for traditional gold coin products, and TRY 500 for gold bracelets.
• During the Campaign period, bonus balance eligibility for 1-gram gold and quarter gold coin products is limited to a maximum of 3 units per product type per user. Purchases exceeding these quantities do not qualify for bonus balance.
• Bonus balance is calculated based on the number of eligible products included in the order. For example, an order containing 2 gram gold products and 1 gold bracelet qualifies for a total bonus balance of TRY 900.
• 50-gram and 100-gram silver products are excluded from the Campaign and do not qualify for bonus balance.
• There is no minimum order amount required to participate in the Campaign. Users may benefit from the Campaign more than once during the Campaign period.
• Earned bonus balance will be credited to the user’s AHL Pay account as spending balance within 3 business days following the successful completion of the order.
• The bonus balance has no expiry date.
• Account limits under the AHL Pay User Agreement and applicable legislation apply to the crediting of bonus balance.
• If an AHL Pay account is closed, the provisions of the AHL Pay User Agreement apply to any balance remaining in the account.
• Bonus balance is awarded only for successfully completed orders. If an order is cancelled by the seller, a product cannot be delivered, a payment is disputed, or the contract is rescinded due to a defective product, no bonus balance will be awarded for the relevant order. If bonus balance has already been credited, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the user’s AHL Pay account.
• If fraudulent or unusual transactions, or transactions contrary to the purpose of the Campaign, are detected, AHL Pay reserves the right to withhold bonus balance for the relevant transactions or reclaim any bonus balance already awarded.
• Physical gold products are sold and delivered by the company identified as the seller in the application. AHL Pay acts as the Campaign organizer and payment service provider.
• The Campaign terms and conditions are published in the AHL Pay mobile application and on the AHL Pay website. Users participating in the Campaign are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• AHL Pay reserves the right to amend the Campaign terms and conditions or terminate the Campaign. Any amendment or termination will be announced through the channels where the terms and conditions are published and will apply to orders placed after the announcement date. Bonus balance entitlements arising from orders that met the applicable conditions up to the announcement date will remain unaffected.
• In disputes relating to the Campaign, AHL Pay’s records shall constitute evidence unless proven otherwise. Users retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
