The campaign is valid for bookings made with TROY-branded cards between 15 December 2025 at 00:01 and 31 January 2026 at 23:59 via www.turkishairlines.com and the Turkish Airlines mobile application, for scheduled Turkish Airlines domestic flights and international flights departing from Türkiye, with travel dates between 15 December 2025 at 00:01 and 18 March 2026 at 23:59.
For round-trip tickets purchased within the scope of the campaign, the return flight must be completed no later than 18 March 2026 at 23:59.
All campaign dates and times are applied according to local time in Türkiye.
The campaign is valid for ticket purchases made with TROY-branded individual and commercial credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards.
The campaign is valid for one-way or round-trip, Economy and Business Class flights. Discount codes are not valid for multi-city itineraries.
To benefit from the discount within the campaign, the TROY500 promo code must be used for domestic flight tickets, and TROY500YD must be used for international flight tickets departing from Türkiye.
The discount will be applied after entering and confirming the relevant promo code according to the flight route in the “Promotion Code” field on the payment page of www.turkishairlines.com or the Turkish Airlines mobile application, after selecting credit/debit card as the payment method.
The discount is applied to the base fare excluding taxes.
If the total discount amount under the campaign is below TRY 500 of the base fare, it may vary. The maximum discount per passenger is TRY 500; no discount applies to taxes. If the base fare is below TRY 500, the discount equals the base fare amount.
The discount amount offered within the campaign is per passenger. A maximum of 7 passengers can be ticketed under one PNR.
In case of changes or cancellations, fare class rules apply. In case of a change, no discount will be applied to the newly issued ticket.
The discount amount may vary for child and infant passengers.
Use of the promo codes is limited. The campaign is limited by the total number of passengers using the codes: TROY500 can be used by 80,000 passengers for domestic tickets, and TROY500YD can be used by 20,000 passengers for international tickets.
The campaign cannot be combined with other Turkish Airlines campaigns and is not valid for discounted passenger types.
The promo code cannot be split or converted into cash.
Payments made via wallets such as BKM Express, Google Pay, TK Pay, even when using a TROY card, are excluded from the campaign.
The campaign is not valid on AJet flights, Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, or Star Alliance partner airline flights.
Turkish Airlines reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings in case of any violation of the campaign rules.
All participants are deemed to have accepted the campaign terms and conditions.
Turkish Airlines and the Interbank Card Center (BKM) reserve the right to amend the campaign rules and conditions, definitions and other information, or to cancel the campaign.
BKM is not responsible for any technical or operational issues or disruptions related to the provision of the service and/or the reflection of discounts.
