How to Use

Enter the coupon code TROY25 in the “Coupon Code” field at checkout on the Biletinial website or mobile app before completing your order.
Make sure your tickets are selected from the Biletinial Kids category to receive the 25% discount.
The discount also applies to future-dated events purchased within the campaign period.

Campaign Terms

• The campaign is valid between March 5 – April 5, 2026.
• A 25% discount will be applied when the TROY25 coupon code is used for tickets in the Biletinial Kids – Children’s Events category and payment is made with a TROY-logo card.
• The coupon code must be entered and approved in the “Coupon Code” field after selecting the payment method on the ticket payment page.
• The TROY card discount is valid until April 5, 2026.
• The campaign is valid for purchases made between March 5, 2026 at 00:01 and April 5, 2026 at 23:59 via https://biletinial.com/tr-tr/kids and the Biletinial mobile app for tickets in the Kids Children’s Events category.
• Individual and commercial credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards with the TROY logo are eligible.
• The campaign applies only to Kids Children’s Events purchased through the Biletinial website or mobile app and does not apply to cinema tickets.
• In case of changes or cancellations, the relevant ticket class rules apply. If a ticket is changed, the discount will not be applied to the new ticket.
• The discount is per participant. A maximum of 9 participants can be included in a single purchase.
• The coupon code cannot be split, exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred.
• Participation in the campaign implies acceptance of all campaign terms and conditions.
• The coupon code cannot be combined with other campaigns on biletinial.com.
• Cancellation and refund rules follow the policies set by the event organizer.
• Ticket holders must comply with the event rules for tickets purchased using the coupon code.
• Events may change depending on the organizer’s decisions.
• The coupon code cannot be used for events organized by the State Theatres under the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism or metropolitan municipality events listed on www.biletinial.com.
• Discounts, benefits, and codes offered within the campaign are promotional and for personal use only. They cannot be sold, transferred, or converted into cash.
• If misuse or resale of campaign benefits is detected, usage may be restricted or blocked.
• Bulk orders for commercial purposes will not be accepted.
• Biletinial and the Interbank Card Center (BKM) reserve the right to modify campaign rules, definitions, or other details, or to cancel the campaign.
• BKM is not responsible for any technical or operational issues related to service delivery or the application of discounts.
