Spin to Win

To be eligible to receive the prize from the Spin-to-Win Campaign, participants must hold a Approved Account with AHL Pay, deposit a minimum of 1.00 Tl, and complete at least one transaction. Users with a Begginer Account must upgrade to a Approved Account to qualify for the reward.

To participate in the campaign, users must access the "Spin to Win" campaign under the campaigns section of the AHL Pay app, correctly answer the campaign question, and visit the AHL Pay Fan Zone caravan located at RAMS Park on Trendyol Super Lig match days to spin the wheel and claim their prize.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information within the AHL Pay app. AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any failure to contact participants or deliver the prize due to incomplete or inaccurate information.

Participants who have previously received a prize under the Spin-to-Win Campaign shall not be eligible to win again in subsequent periods, in order to ensure fairness.

Users who win an "AHL Card" through the campaign must activate their card to benefit from the prize.

In any disputes arising from participation, AHL Pay’s records shall serve as conclusive evidence.

Upon successful activation of the card, a reward of 100 Tl will be instantly credited to the user's account. This amount will be defined as spending balance only. The 100 Tl loaded on the AHL Card cannot be withdrawn as cash, cannot be transferred to another account, and is only available for purchases.

The campaign is limited to a total of 2,000 cards. Once this limit is reached, the campaign will automatically end.

To participate and spin the wheel, users must correctly answer the campaign question displayed on the Spin-to-Win screen within the app.

Compliance with campaign terms will be assessed exclusively by AHL Pay, based on participant declarations.

AHL Pay reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign and its terms unilaterally and without prior notice, even after the campaign has started. Such changes or cancellations will be announced via AHL Pay’s official communication channels. Participants are responsible for keeping themselves informed of these announcements. These changes do not constitute acquired rights for participants.

AHL Pay shall not be held responsible for technical issues experienced by users during campaign participation. Such incidents shall not entitle the user to any acquired rights.

By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees that in the event of any disputes, AHL Pay’s records, books, and documents shall constitute valid and conclusive evidence, and the participant waives the right to propose an oath, in accordance with Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

In any legal disputes related to this campaign and its participation terms, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

All participants in this campaign are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
