Galatasaray scarf for everyone

To be eligible to receive the Galatasaray – AHL Pay scarf gift, participants must hold an Approved Account with AHL Pay, deposit a minimum of 1.00 Tl into their account, and complete at least one transaction. Participants with a Beginner Account must upgrade to an Approved Account in order to qualify for the reward.

To participate in the campaign, users must tap the “Galatasaray – AHL Pay Scarf” campaign button within the campaigns section of the AHL Pay app. A participation code will be generated, which must be presented to staff at the AHL Pay Fan Zone caravan at RAMS Park on Trendyol Super Lig match days in order to receive the scarf.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information provided in the AHL Pay mobile application. AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any failure to contact participants or deliver the reward due to incomplete or incorrect contact details.

In line with the campaign rules, participants who have previously received the Galatasaray – AHL Pay scarf reward are not eligible to win the same reward again in future campaigns, in order to ensure a fair process.

In the event of any disputes arising from campaign participation, AHL Pay’s internal records shall serve as conclusive evidence.

Compliance with the campaign terms and conditions will be assessed solely by AHL Pay, based on participant declarations.

AHL Pay reserves the right to unilaterally modify or cancel the campaign and its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice—even after the campaign has started. Such changes or cancellations will be announced through AHL Pay’s official communication channels. It is the responsibility of the user to remain informed of any such updates. These changes shall not constitute any acquired rights for the participants. The unchanged provisions of the participation terms shall remain in full force and effect.

AHL Pay shall not be held liable for any technical problems experienced by users during their participation in the campaign. Such issues shall not entitle the user to any acquired rights.

By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees that in the event of any dispute, AHL Pay’s records, books, and documents shall constitute valid and conclusive evidence, and waives the right to propose an oath. This clause shall be considered an evidence agreement pursuant to Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

Any legal disputes arising from this campaign or its participation terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices.

By participating in this campaign, all users are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in advance.
