ChatGPT: 3 GB Europe Travel Package Gift

Between November 10, 2025 – December 31, 2025, individual postpaid customers who make a bill payment of 500 TL or more via the Turkcell app or www.turkcell.com.tr using a Mastercard registered with Masterpass will receive a 3 GB Europe Travel Package valid abroad.

With the 3 GB Europe Travel Package, you can enjoy 3 GB of internet, 100 SMS, and 200 minutes of incoming and outgoing calls in European countries.

The campaign is valid only for payments made with Mastercard-branded credit, debit, or prepaid cards registered with Masterpass.

Customers who make bill payments of 500 TL or more through the Turkcell app or turkcell.com.tr using a Mastercard registered with Masterpass can benefit from the campaign. To activate the gift package, eligible customers must activate it within 1 month from the date they earn the reward, via the Gift Pool in the Turkcell App.

The validity period of the package is 1 month from activation via the Turkcell App’s Gift Pool. You can start using the package once you receive the activation confirmation SMS.

Your gift package is valid in the following countries:
Wales, Russia, Serbia, United Kingdom, Hungary, Denmark, Greece, France, Czech Republic, Moldova, Germany, Northern Ireland, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, North Macedonia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Malta, Portugal, England, Poland, Belgium, Croatia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Ukraine, Scotland, Belarus, Finland, Romania, and the Netherlands.

To use the package, your line must be enabled for international use. Customers can activate international usage by calling Turkcell Customer Service at 532, or by logging into the “Transaction Center” at the bottom of turkcell.com.tr using their Turkcell password, then selecting Settings → My Roaming Settings → Enable International Use.

The package does not renew automatically after its validity period ends.
The campaign benefits cannot be transferred to third parties.
Once the package or campaign benefits expire, and if the customer is not enrolled in another campaign or package, usage will be charged according to their current tariff.
This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns.
The earned benefits cannot be used on data-only lines.
Customers who forward their number to another line cannot use the earned benefits on the forwarded number.

Once this package is activated, the included benefits will be consumed first. After the package benefits are used up, the “Tarifen Yurt Dışında Geçerli (Your Tariff Valid Abroad)” rates will apply. If this feature is deactivated or the customer is in a country outside the coverage area, the Standard Roaming Package rates will apply.

Participation in the campaign is limited to 10,000 customers.

To participate, you must consent to the processing and sharing of your personal data before completing the bill payment. Without this consent, you cannot benefit from the campaign.

The bill payment of 500 TL or more must be made during the campaign period using a Mastercard registered with Masterpass.

The campaign is free of charge. Eligible customers will have their gift defined in the Gift Pool, and they can activate the bonus data package within 1 month from there.

The campaign benefits are for personal use only. They cannot be sold or used for commercial gain. Any detected misuse may result in legal action and termination of the line.

Turkcell reserves the right to modify the usage terms for internet-based messaging, voice communication (IM & VOIP), internet sharing (tethering), and file-sharing (P2P) services. The data package is valid only for connections made via the wap and internet access points. Connections made through Blackberry APNs or Mobile Broadband (MGB/MGBS) used by 3G netbooks, notebooks, and USB modems are not included.

The campaign benefits cannot be transferred to third parties.
